Hi! I'm Alyssa.

I’ve spent over 16 years working closely with people in the body, in women’s health, and in the holistic wellness space. Alongside that, I’ve done deep work with the nervous system, somatics, and spiritual practice — understanding my own patterns and what actually creates change.

When I moved into building my own business, I invested in a lot of programs. And a lot of what I was taught was a masculine, performance-based approach to marketing. It didn’t feel right. It felt forced, disconnected, and honestly… icky.

I was trying to follow someone else’s formula and I felt burnt out and disconnected from my work.

So I stopped. I took what actually worked and left what didn’t. And I leaned back into what I already knew — the body, the nervous system, lived experience, inner wisdom, my own spiritual practices, and understanding my unique blueprint through astrology.

Everything shifted when I stopped trying to follow what I was being told to do and got really clear on my voice and my messaging. Not chasing trends. Not tuning into the noise. Just sharing what I’m passionate about and saying what I know to be true.

That’s when things started to change. I brought the passion and joy back into creating. I started to actually love what I was doing again. And when it feels that aligned, people can feel it. That’s when I started attracting the right people without trying to convince anyone.

I see this time and time again — incredibly gifted, soul-led women who shy away from the online space because of what they think it is, because of what they’ve seen, because it feels misaligned. But we’re here to create something different.
